Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Keypora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Keypora. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person.

4. Platform Credits & Deposits

All deposits are converted to platform credits (displayed as a dollar balance). Platform credits have no cash value and exist solely for use within Keypora. Credits are non-transferable outside the platform.

• Deposits are final once processed and are non-refundable
• There are no withdrawals or cash-outs of any kind
• Platform credits cannot be converted back to real currency
• Credits can only be used to open cases, purchase marketplace listings, or trade within the platform

5. Entertainment Purpose

Keypora is a digital collectibles and game discovery platform. Mystery box openings are for entertainment purposes only. You are purchasing curated digital product bundles (Steam game keys) through a randomized selection mechanism, similar to trading card packs or collectible blind boxes. All items received have real utility as Steam game keys.

6. Mystery Box Openings & Provably Fair

Mystery box openings use a provably fair algorithm. Each opening result is determined by a combination of server seed, client seed, and nonce. You can verify any result using the fairness verification page. Once a box is opened, the transaction cannot be reversed.

• All item drop rates are displayed transparently on each mystery box
• Results are cryptographically verifiable
• The platform cannot manipulate outcomes after seeds are committed

7. Game Keys

Game keys received from mystery box openings are real Steam activation keys. Keys can be claimed (revealed) for personal use or sold on the marketplace while unclaimed.

• Claimed keys cannot be sold or returned
• Unclaimed keys may be listed on the marketplace or quick-sold
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure key validity but cannot guarantee regional compatibility
• Invalid keys will be replaced free of charge within 7 days of claiming

8. Marketplace

The Keypora marketplace allows users to list unclaimed game keys for sale to other users using platform credits.

• A 15% platform fee is deducted from each sale (seller receives 85%)
• All marketplace transactions are final
• Sellers are responsible for setting fair prices
• Quick sell values keys at 80% of the original case price
• Purchased keys transfer to the buyer's inventory as unclaimed
• Keypora is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers

9. Refund Policy

• Deposits: Non-refundable once converted to credits
• Case openings: Non-refundable
• Marketplace purchases: Non-refundable
• Invalid keys: Replaced free of charge

10. Responsible Spending

Keypora provides tools to help you manage your activity responsibly:

• Daily and weekly spending limits can be set in Settings
• Self-exclusion periods (24h, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent) are available
• Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early once activated
• Transaction history is always available for review

If you feel you are spending beyond your means, please use these tools or contact support.

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using bots or automated tools
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or fraudulent activity
• Abusing promotional offers or referral systems
• Manipulating marketplace prices through fake accounts
• Chargebacks on deposits (will result in permanent ban)

12. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended accounts will have their balance and inventory frozen pending investigation. Permanent bans forfeit all platform credits.

13. Limitation of Liability

Keypora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the preceding 30 days.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
